All legacy memorial pavers will be installed around the edge of the covered pavilion. No memorial pavers will be located under the pavilion roof or inside any enclosed spaces.

Engraved messages can include: Individual or family names; Business or organization names; Memorial or tribute messages (e.g., "In Memory of..." or "In Honor of..."); Dates or significant milestones; Short inspirational messages or words of encouragement; References to Heritage Park, Mount Gretna, or the Campmeeting community.

Profanity, vulgar, offensive, or discriminatory language; Political slogans, campaign messages, or endorsements; Religious messages intended to promote or oppose a particular belief or organization; Copyrighted or trademarked phrases, logos, or other protected material submitted without authorization; Messages that could reasonably be considered defamatory, threatening, or inappropriate for a family-friendly public space; Content that violates applicable laws or infringes upon the rights of others.

All inscriptions are subject to review and approval by the Mount Gretna Campmeeting Association. Messages must fit within the character limit for the selected paver size, including spaces and punctuation. Donors are responsible for reviewing and approving their inscription before submitting their order. Once production begins, changes or corrections cannot be made. The Association reserves the right to adjust spacing, line breaks, capitalization, and formatting to accommodate the engraving process while preserving the intended message.

The Mount Gretna Campmeeting Association reserves the right to reject or request revisions to any inscription that does not comply with this policy or is deemed inconsistent with the Association's purpose and values. If an inscription cannot be approved, the donor will be contacted to provide an alternative message.

The Campmeeting Association commits to maintaining the engraved pavers in place for a maximum period of 20 years from installation, or for the functional lifespan of the rebuilt pavilion structure, whichever comes first. The Association explicitly reserves the right to remodel, relocate, expand, or reconstruct the pavilion and its flooring footprint in the future as community needs and safety regulations evolve, without perpetual obligation to replicate, preserve, or re-install individual memorial plaques or pavers beyond this specified structural lifecycle.
